FALL RIVER, Mass. (AP) — Prosecutors have spelled out what they say is “direct evidence” that the fiancee of former New England Patriot Aaron Hernandez lied to the grand jury that indicted him on a murder charge, including about a box she discarded at Hernandez’s direction.

The prosecution listed in a court filing Tuesday where it claims to have direct evidence contradicting Shayanna Jenkins’ testimony. The judge ordered the additional information following defense complaints.

Jenkins has pleaded not guilty to perjury, a charge her attorney has sought to dismiss. Prosecutors say Jenkins told the grand jury she couldn’t recall where she disposed of the box and that she didn’t try to conceal the action.

A message left Wednesday for Jenkins’ attorney wasn’t immediately returned.

Hernandez has pleaded not guilty in the 2013 shooting death of Odin Lloyd.
