Dance, 37, was indicted for perjury in January by a Baltimore County grand jury for the unreported income connected to financial disclosure statements, filed under oath in 2012, 2013 and 2015.

According to the Baltimore Sun, prosecutors recommended a five year sentence and for him to serve 18 months in jail. Dance is scheduled to be sentenced April 20.
