TOMORROW, FRIDAY, December 15 at 1:00 PM, U.S. Senator Ben Cardin (D-Md.) will join leaders of the Baltimore-area non-profit organizations engaged in the international arena to discuss the effects on their work of recent federal budget decisions. Senator Cardin, the Ranking Member of the Senate Committee on Foreign Relations, will lead a roundtable conversation with groups that provide international relief and development assistance to learn more about the challenges presented by shrinking resources and shifting federal priorities.
