ANNAPOLIS, MD (March 5, 2010) – Monday morning, Lt. Governor Anthony G. Brown will join fifth graders at Samuel Chase Elementary School for breakfast to celebrate National School Breakfast Week. Samuel Chase Elementary is one of nearly 200 Maryland schools that participate in Maryland’s Meals for Achievement Program. After breakfast, Brown will hold a press conference in the school’s library to highlight efforts Governor O’Malley is leading to end childhood hunger in Maryland.
