GOVERNOR MARTIN O’MALLEY TO MEET WITH GOVERNOR SHANTSEV OF RUSSIA

ANNAPOLIS, MD (March 3, 2010) – Governor Martin O’Malley will meet with Governor Valery Shantsev of the Nizhny Novgorod Region of Russia tomorrow. The two Governors will sign a Protocol of Friendship and Cooperation between the Nizhny Novgorod Region and the State of Maryland.
