ANNAPOLIS, MD (April 1, 2010) – Governor Martin O’Malley will participate tomorrow in a groundbreaking for the Center for the Built Environment and Infrastructure Studies at Morgan State University. When complete in 2012, the Center will be a 126,000 square foot shared facility for academic engineering and design programs at the University. The Center will house research and instructional programs for Civil Engineering, Transportation, Architecture, and Planning in a highly collaborative environment among these disciplines.
