Governor to discuss performance measurement practices that increase efficiency and effectiveness



ANNAPOLIS, MD (April 19, 2010) – Governor Martin O’Malley will continue the “Jobs Across Maryland Tour” tomorrow at the University of Maryland College Park, where he will address students and faculty on the innovative performance measurement standards he’s implemented as Governor.  Governor O’Malley will discuss how a more efficient and effective government helps create the conditions for economic growth in tough economic times.
