4:30 p.m.
Council President Young will attend Seton Hill Association’s French Festival to celebrate Seton Hill’s history as Baltimore’s old French Quarter. St. Mary’s Park, 600 N. Paca Street.

Council President Young will attend a COP Walk in Lakeland. He will depart from the Lakeland Recreation Center, 2921 Stranden Rd.
