BALTIMORE, MD – “I would like to offer my sincere condolences to former Mayor Kurt L. Schmoke, the Rev. Frank Reid and their entire family as they mourn the passing of their mother and matriarch, Mrs. Irene Bennett Reid.

A dedicated public servant, Mrs. Reid left an indelible mark on the City of Baltimore through her work in the field of social services.
