Tour Will Stop at E-Structors, Inc., Howard County Following

WHAT: Comptroller Franchot will stop in Baltimore City and Howard County as he treks around the state in an effort to highlight innovative businesses operating at lower costs. He plans to pass along their lessons of efficiencies to government.

The 24-stop tour, part of his new award program by the same name, will continue throughout the next two months.
