LT. GOVERNOR BROWN TO GIVE HOOD COLLEGE COMMENCEMENT ADDRESS AND RECEIVE HONORARY DEGREE

FREDERICK, Md. (May 20, 2011) – TOMORROW, Lt. Governor Anthony G. Brown will give the commencement address and receive an honorary Doctor of Laws degree before approximately 335 undergraduate students and an audience of over 3,000 at the 2011 Hood College Commencement. Lt. Governor Brown leads the O’Malley-Brown Administration’s portfolio on higher education and has worked with Governor Martin O’Malley to help more Marylanders access affordable higher education opportunities.
