WHAT: Comptroller Franchot makes the third stop on his ‘Shop Maryland for the Holidays’ tour at the Hunt Valley Towne Centre. He is encouraging Marylanders to stay in state and off the Internet to do their holiday shopping. Shopping locally puts citizens’ hard earned money back into their communities and also supports local businesses and the more than 500,000 hard working Maryland retail employees.
