WHAT: Mayor Stephanie Rawlings Blake will be sworn in to serve a full four-year term as the 49th Mayor of Baltimore.

WHEN: Ceremony begins at 11:30 a.m.NOTE FOR PUBLIC: Seating is first-come, first-serve. Attendees are asked to arrive at 10:45 a.m., allowing time for security precautions.NOTE FOR MEDIA: Media must arrive no later than 10:30 a.m. to set up on the media-only risers.Parking for news trucks will be available on the west side of North Gay Street, between Fayette and Lexington Streets.
