Edwards to Participate In Polar Bear Plunge

Washington, D.C. - On Saturday, January 26, 2013, Congresswoman Donna F. Edwards (MD-4) will take part in her third Polar Bear Plunge organized by the Chesapeake Climate Action Network (CCAN). The 8th Annual Polar Bear Plunge is a grassroots event focused on the continued need to build the movement and pressure for climate legislation at all levels of government.
