(Updated 3/25/2013) The second day of the ‘Round of 64’ saw more upsets, as seven lower seeds beat higher-ranked teams on March 22.

The results were:

No. 2 Duke defeated No. 15 Albany, 73-61.
No. 12 Ole Miss defeated No. 2 Wisconsin, 57-46.
No. 9 Temple defeated No. 8 N.C. State, 76-72.
No. 2 Miami defeated No. 15 Pacific, 78-49.
No. 7 Creighton defeated No. 10 Cincinnati, 67-63.
No. 13 La Salle defeated No. 4 Kansas State, 63-61.
No. 1 Indiana defeated No. 16 James Madison, 83-62.
No. 7 Illinois defeated No. 10 Colorado, 57-49.
No. 15 Florida Gulf Coast defeated No. 2 Georgetown, 78-68.
No. 2 Ohio State defeated No. 15 Iona, 95-70.
No. 9 Villanova defeated No. 8 North Carolina, 78-70.
No. 3 Florida State defeated No. 14 NW State, 79-47.
No. 7 San Diego State defeated No. 10 Oklahoma, 70-50.
No. 10 Iowa State defeated No. 7 Notre Dame, 76-58.
No. 1 Kansas defeated No. 16 Western Kentucky, 64-57.
No. 11 Minnesota defeated No. 6 UCLA, 83-63.
