The Pi Omega Chapter Charm City Ques are hosting the Staying Alive Health Festival, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., June 15, at the Omega Center, 2003 Presbury Street. The Omega’s encourage all men in the Baltimore area to take advantage of the FREE PROSTATE CANCER SCREENING being held in conjunction with the Staying Alive Health Festival.

Thinking about prostate cancer is not pleasant, but not thinking about it has caused thousands of men their lives.

This year alone, more than 240,000 men will be diagnosed with prostate cancer, and more than 30,000 men will die needlessly from this disease.

The earlier prostate cancer is caught, the more likely it can be cured, and the more likely you will be around longer for your loved ones and friends—and to enjoy a healthy life.

Women can take advantage of Komen Breast Health Seminars also taking place at the Staying Alive Health Festival.

The first 100 men screened for prostate cancer receive a free bag of groceries.
