WPFW 89.3 FM Radio will host a “Civil War to Civil Rights” event March 6 at the African American Civil War Museum, 1925 Vermont Ave NW, from noon to 6 p.m. There will be panel discussion and guided museum tours. Panelists will include, Clarence Lusane, Frank Smith, Dorie Ladner, Courtland Cox, Rev. Willie Wilson and Christopher Barry. Tickets cost $89.30. All attendees under 18can attend at no cost.
