V-LINC, an organization serving people with special needs through technology, will hold a bike clinic to adapt bikes for use by children with disabilities. The Bike Clinic’s volunteers will adapt ten bikes for military children with disabilities. Occupational and Physical Therapists will be on hand to help with customized “fitting” of each bike to its rider. The event will take place on Jan. 21 from 10 a.m. to noon at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Recreation Center, Building 3326, Raritan Road, Aberdeen, Md. 21005.
