DJ Tanz and friends are hosting a music arts and wine festival on June 26 from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Carroll County Farm Museum, 500 South Center Street, Westminster, Maryland 21157.  The festival will featured food vendors, cigars, hookah and spa treatments.
