AP Photo-In this Dec. 18, 2013 photo, fiduciary litigation attorneys Kelly Preteroti, left, and Jim Edwards pose in the Ober Kaler law firm in Baltimore. Lawyers who used to handle the occasional trust or will dispute are finding themselves in Orphans Court more and more these days.
