Alpha Zeta Chapter of Washington, DC is delighted to announce the Lottie B. Cantey Scholarship Award for the school year 2020-2021.  This award is made annually to support a student who will have completed his/her high school requirements and be certified for graduation at the end of the current school year—2020-2021, and who will matriculate at an accredited institution of higher learning during school year 2021-2022.

The ideal candidate will have achieved a minimum grade point average of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale and will have demonstrated a high interest in community, civic, and/or volunteer service, along with ostensive academic gains, leadership skills, and a need for financial assistance.  The scholarship will be awarded to a single applicant determined to be best qualified applicant under the terms and conditions of eligibility. The amount of the Lottie B. Cantey Scholarship Award is $1000.00.
