“Green Mile” and “Armageddon” star Michael Clarke Duncan is out of intensive care, but remains hospitalized after suffering a heart attack in July.

Duncan’s publicist, Joy Fehily, said Aug. 6 that Duncan and his family appreciate prayers from his fans.

“His family are firm believers in the power of prayer and have asked that you keep him in yours during this time,” she said in a statement.

On July 13, the 54-year-old actor was found by his girlfriend, former “The Apprentice” contestant Omarosa Manigault-Stallwort, after he suffered a myocardial infarction according to People magazine.

Manigault-Stallworth administered CPR to revive him and Duncan has been hospitalized ever since.

Meanwhile, Manigault-Stallworth has been giving updates via Twitter on Duncan’s progress and how she’s coping with the matter.

“Everyday GOD continues to smile upon my luv Michael Clarke Duncan on this arduous road to recovery,” she tweeted. “God is with us every step of the way!!”

Duncan most recent TV project, “The Finder,” was cancelled after just 13 episodes. Duncan’s co-star on the show, Geoff Stults, visited him in the hospital just after news of the heart attack broke.

Upon leaving, Stults told TMZ that Duncan “was looking good.”
