The Miss Black USA Pageant and Scholarship Foundation Inc. is redefining the 2014 edition of Miss Black USA to emphasize all attributes that contribute to today’s successful African-American woman – mind, body and spirit. The Miss Black USA Pageant finals are scheduled for 7 p.m. Aug. 10 at the University of the District of Columbia in Washington, D.C.
Leading up to the crowning on August 10, contestants will participate in a series of preliminary competitions. All preliminary competitions are open to the public. There will also be a Talented Teen plus Junior Teen National pageant held Aug. 9 at the Marriott Crystal City at Washington Reagan Airport.
