The Martin Luther King Jr. D.C. Support Group will hold its 43rd annual Scholarship Luncheon & Fashion Show Jan. 19 at Martin Crosswinds located at 7400 Greenway Center Drive. The luncheon and show will begin at 1 p.m. and last until 5 p.m.
The event is dedicated to the memory of Dr. Martin Luther King and to provide help. Rev. Dr. Lewis M. Anthony will receive the 2015 Humanitarian Award. D.C. retailer Lovely Lady Boutique, located at 6213 Third Street N.W., will supply all of the fashions for the show.
