The Maryland Lyric Opera presents Roméo et Juliette, Charles Gounod’s grand opera and the most famous of the operatic treatments of this iconic tragedy by William Shakespeare. The show will occur at Kay Theatre in the Clarice Smith Performing Arts Center at the University of Maryland, College Park. Performance times include, July 18 at 7:30 p.m.; July 19 at 3 p.m.; July 24 at 7:30 p.m. and July 26 at 3 p.m. Ticket prices are $35, $45, $60 and $75; box seats cost $100.
