Join Wide Angle Youth Media for its “On The Set” fundraiser and behind-the-scenes experience featuring conversations with industry experts from award-winning TV, film and radio productions, 6 to 9 p.m., April 24, at Real News Network, 235 Holliday St. in Baltimore. Tickets are $60 and include food and drinks.

Come rub elbows with some of the industry’s top producers, directors and other behind-the-scenes professionals who make TV, film and radio productions possible. And support the future of this fascinating industry – Wide Angle Youth Media’s youth producers!

The event host Aaron Henkin, co-creator and producer of “The Signal” on WYPR, and featured speaker Mario Armstrong, national TV/radio host and digital technology expert, will join an extensive list of industry professionals.

“On The Set,” which includes a silent art auction, benefits Wide Angle Youth Media, a nonprofit that provides Baltimore youth with media education to tell their own stories and become engaged with their communities. Through quality after-school programming, in-school opportunities, summer workshops, community events and an annual Youth Media Festival, Wide Angle Youth Media supports young people making a difference through media.
