The Afro Clean Block held its monthly membership meeting on June 21. The meeting started with announcements from the Baltimore City Police Department, which told the group about the many changes coming to accommodate cleaner neighborhoods. Dr. Marvin L. ‘Doc’ Cheatham chaired the meeting and discussed new policies. Community captains were also trained.
