As part of the D.C. Language Immersion Project, the Thurgood Marshall Center, located at 1816 12th Street, NW, is scheduled to host a Bilingual Education Fair on Jan. 20 from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. The fair will allow parents to discover multilingual education options and fun resources that will let them bring bilingual education to their communities. All participants will receive a free CD with songs in Spanish and English from 123 Andres, a singer that uses music to teach Spanish. The event will include 50 exhibitors and five speakers.
