The 6th Annual Cultural and Environmental – KAG Lotus and Water Cultural Lily Festival is scheduled to be held on July 15 at the Kenilworth Aquatic Garden,1550 Anacostia Ave., NE from 10 a.m-5 p.m. The 2017 theme is #CultureNatureCommunity, globally showcasing various countries and cultures from around the globe. The event is free, with free parking and a free shuttle from the Metro. There is no paper ticket required for entry. There will be a multitude of activities such as arts and crafts for children, International Cultural Fashion Show, cultural food tastings, and self-guided nature walks along the Anacostia.
