Theresa A Point, from Northeast D.C., turns 100 years old on Aug. 9. According to her family, she is known for her generosity over the years. Point has helped many family members pay for college to pursue their dreams of furthering their education. She has been a member of the Sodality at St. Benedict the Moor for over 70 years and raised several foster children.
