An African-American actor is suing actor Marlon Wayans for racial discrimination.
Actor Pierre Daniel on Aug. 25 filed a claim of harassment, discrimination and retaliation on the basis of race in a Los Angeles court dating back to a tweet Wayans posted on Twitter on Sept. 4, 2013.
Wayans hired Daniel to play a part in his movie โHaunted House 2โlast year.

In the tweet, Wayans compared Daniels to Cleveland Brown, an animated character on the shows โFamily Guyโand โThe Cleveland Show.โ

According to NewsOne, Daniel claimed in the suit that Wayans hurt his ability to act by causing him โshock, pain, discomfort and/or anxietyโ and he is reportedly giving up his craft as a result. Daniel is reportedly targeting not only Wayans but the filmโs production company and is requesting unspecified damages.
