Comptroller Franchot to Join Governor Hughes at Ribbon Cutting for New Business in Talbot County 

WHO:             Comptroller Peter Franchot

WHAT:          Comptroller Franchot and former Governor Harry R. Hughes will take part in a ribbon-cutting ceremony Friday afternoon at the Apothecary, located in the Easton Business and Artz Center on Hanson Street.  The co-owners are artist Josepha Price and acupuncturist Katie Smith, who also holds a certificate in Chinese herbal medicine.
