With the Nov. 3 election around the corner and the state of Maryland gearing up for the start of early voting on Oct. 26, it is important to have a voting plan. There are so many ways to vote this year, and if you’ve already requested your ballot by mail, it is best to take it directly to the Baltimore City Board of Elections or one of the secured mail-in ballot drop box locations listed below:
