Hundreds of fans enjoyed a spectacular night of boxing that saw appearances in the crowd by Baltimoreโ€™s own former Heavyweight Champion Hasim Rahman and top-ranked lightweight contender Gervonta Davis.

The event kicked off with a four-round Featherweight bout between Seat Pleasant, Md. native James Early and Tyshae Ferguson. Early dominated the fight, winning by unanimous decision to improve his career record to 2-0.

Middleweight Cody โ€œCripplerโ€ Crowley made the trip from Las Vegas to fight Corey McCants in a slugfest that went to a decision. Crowley controlled the fight and the cards reflected it; he won by unanimous decision to remain undefeated at 8-0.

There were several battles for Baltimore bragging rights on the card, the first between Heavyweights Lonnie Kornegay and Colby Madison. D.C. boxing powerhouse HeadBangers Promotions has made a name for themselves with champion Lamont Peterson. Renowned trainer Patrice โ€œBoogieโ€ Harris and boxer Shyngyskhan Tazhibay made the trip up I-95 for a welterweight bout against Ahmet Kayretli. In a scrappy match, Tazhibay outpointed the former MMA fighter to earn a unanimous decision.

Shortly after the fight, a show of gratitude was extended to military veterans with a performance by the Junior Marines of Reistertownโ€™s Franklin High School.
