The Cal Ripken, Sr. Foundation and Exelon Foundation have teamed up to open 81 STEM centers across Maryland, Delaware, Washington, D.C., Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Illinois with the goal of exposing underserved youth to science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) education.
