As if distancing yourself from family and friends all year wasn’t enough, here come the holidays. With a staggering 258,665 coronavirus deaths and a recent surge throughout the nation, many states are cracking down on regulations. The CDC recommends staying at home for Thanksgiving, but if you decide to travel be sure to wear your mask, practice social distancing, wash your hands frequently and avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth. Although many yearn to be near their loved ones, you don’t want to succumb to what CNN called the “guilt of gathering,” if a family member gets sick.
