The Mayor’s Office on African Affairs invites you to the 2nd Annual Young African ConneXions annual Summit on July 15. The event is themed “Impact through Leadership, Civic Engagement and Social Entrepreneurship,” and is scheduled to be held at the Howard University School of Business Auditorium, located at 2600 6th Street, NW from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Following the Summit, there will be a Mandela Day of Service July 16. The day of service is in partnership with the Department of Public Works, ServeDC, Path to Greatness, and Alice Ferguson Foundation for a community service clean-up at the Anacostia River.
