Dr. George Fraser, internationally acclaimed author of the classic work Success Runs in Our Race has once again tasked convening and facilitating the Issue Area on Socially Responsible Black Business/Economic Development at the State of the Black World Conference April 19-23, 2023, in Baltimore, Maryland. The global Conference is being convened by the Institute of the Black World 21st Century under the leadership of Dr. Ron Daniels. Dr. Fraser, Founder/CEO of Fraser Net and the PowerNetworking Conference is a strong support of Dr. Daniels and IBW and has facilitated the Issue Area on Business/Economic Development at each of the State of the Black World Conferences over that past twenty years.

โ€œWe believe in the amazing George Fraser because his vision and mission is consistent with IBWโ€™s mantra of cultivating a culture of collaboration to heal and empower Black families, communities and nations,โ€ Dr. Daniels explained. โ€œGeorge Fraser is the number one champion of networking and information sharing among Black people to develop a formidable base of socially responsible entrepreneurship in Black America and the Pan African world,โ€ Dr. Daniels concluded.

Dr. Fraser has informed the organizers that his sessions will feature a major presentation on The New Black Wall Street by the Founder/CEO Lecester โ€œBillโ€ Allen. IBW will present Mr. Allen with its Legacy Award during the major Plenary Session. An invitation has also been extended to one of the traditional Kings of Ghanaโ€™s five regions with the expectation that he will confirm. In addition, Dr. Fraser will unveil plans for the first Black Business Museum and Hall of Fame during the Conference.
