The Elevation Program’s Community Continuum Resource Fair is being held for citizens returning from incarceration at the War Memorial Building at 101 N. Gay Street, Baltimore on July 15 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. The event hosts are the Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services, the Baltimore City Detention Center, the Mayor’s Office of Human Resources and Baltimore’s Safe and Sound Campaign.
