The Literacy Council of Montgomery County (LCMC) will hold English literacy classes at the Gaithersburg Library, 18330 Montgomery Village Avenue, and the Upcounty Regional Services Center, 12900 Middlebrook Rd., in the Fall of 2015 on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Orientations for the classes will be held on Sept. 8 and Sept. 10 for the library and on Sept. 30 and Oct. 1 for the Services Center.
