The State of Maryland will use an entirely new system of voting machines for the upcoming elections. Representatives of the Baltimore City Board of Elections will offer a demonstration of the new voting equipment and answer questions about the new process and changes coming to your local polling center on Feb. 1 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. At 3023 Garrison Boulevard, Baltimore, MD 21216.
