Dorothy A. Williams
New York native, Dorothy A. Williams will celebrate her 85th birthday, Jan. 18, at her Owings Mills home with family and friends. Williams is the mother of Diane W. Hocker, director of Community and Public Relations for the Afro American Newspapers; Denise DeLeaver, consultant with DeLeaver Consulting and Doreen Frazier, master barber, Detroit, Mich. One of her favorite places in the city is the Forest Park Senior Center, where she plays pinochle and sings in the Center Choir.
