Paige Jr., 25, of Upper Marlboro plans on spending this special holiday with his girlfriend. “I’ll will be spending time with my woman, whom I love dearly,” Paige told the AFRO. “It’s not everyday you come across a woman that’s perfect for you and can spend the rest of your life with. So being able to spoil and put a smile on her face is all I need.”
For Amber L. Booze, 25, of Fort Washington, she is expecting more than just love from her boyfriend for this day. “I want flowers, balloons, candy, cookies, a card, a teddy bear, 50 Shades of Grey, dinner and ice skating,” Booze told the AFRO while laughing.

Collin J. Savage of Clinton, who just got married in August, wants so spend his first Valentine’s Day as a married man pursuing simple pleasures. “For Valentine’s Day I want love, a back rub and grub,” he said.
“I would like for my girl and I to go on a boat cruise by the National Harbor,” Andre McDonald, 26, of Washington, D.C., said. “I would also like to talk about past, present and future goals over dinner and wine. I want to eat my favorite dessert (sweet potato pie with vanilla ice cream) as wedance the appetite off. Then, I would like to head home and have her surprise me with a sexy outfit that I know her mother would not approve of.”
