WHAT:           Comptroller Peter Franchot will present a proclamation Wednesday morning to the Hazelwood Inn in Rosedale, recognizing the restaurant for its quality food, service and commitment to the local business community. Known for its fresh seafood, crabs, pasta, steaks and Greek food items, owner Elias Rizakos and his family have operated the inn for 22 years.
