WHAT: Comptroller Franchot will speak at the inaugural Goucher College Hughes Policy Forum on a Post-Labor Day Start to School Monday evening at the Hyman Forum at the Athenaeum. As the Goucher College’s 2015-16 Hughes Center Politician-in-Residence, Comptroller Franchot will focus on his initiative to start public schools after Labor Day. The forum is sponsored by the Sarah T. Hughes Field Politics Center.
