WHAT: Comptroller Franchot will tour the Community College of Baltimore County (CCBC) Essex campus Thursday afternoon. Following the tour, the Comptroller and CCBC President Dr. Sandra Kurtinitis will discuss the role of community colleges in Maryland. He then will join students in a roundtable discussion about college affordability and economic opportunity.
