WHAT:          Comptroller Franchot will talk with patrons of the Fells Point Farmers Market at Broadway Square Saturday morning. This premier location on the waterfront is easily accessible by foot, bicycle, car and water taxi. The weekly market, managed by Merritt Dworkin, is a favorite of local residents as well last local chefs who enjoy buying fresh local produce to feature at their restaurants as daily specials. There are dozens of farm and food vendors and crafters to see and to enjoy.
