Edwards to Host 7th Annual College and Career Fair
Washington, D.C. – This Saturday, October 10, 2015, Congresswoman Donna F. Edwards (MD-4) will host her 7th Annual College and Career Fair for high school and middle school students and their parents from Prince George’s and Anne Arundel Counties. Over 120 organizations will be represented, including colleges, universities, training centers, nonprofits, and government agencies. Some college and university representatives will offer on-the-spot admissions from some schools and/or on-the-spot scholarships. It will also include hands-on-STEM exhibits and a STEM Forum. Instructional seminars will provide resources in financial aid, trade and technical programs, post-secondary education opportunities, and information on the SAT and the ACT.
