Governor O’Malley to Join DHMH and Health Partners to Provide Update on Maryland Ebola Readiness Plans
Annapolis, MD (October 26, 2014) – Governor Martin O’Malley tomorrow will join Maryland public health and hospital officials to provide an update regarding the State’s policy for monitoring people who travel to Maryland from the West African nations where the Ebola outbreak is occurring. To date, there have been no cases of Ebola acquired in Maryland.
