After being fed spiritually with songs, prayers, praises and the morning sermon in the main sanctuary, the congregational members of Metropolitan AME Church in Northwest, Washington, DC, were then fed physically in the Douglas Fellowship Hall at the Annual Men Who Cook on Sun/Nov 3, 2013.
Each year, the men of the church show-off their culinary skills by serving up a top-chef prepared dish or dessert for the members and guests. Even their beloved pastor, Rev. Ronald Braxton had a dish for their eager consumption, umm, uum good. Members and guests thoroughly enjoyed sampling the various culinary delights.
